It’s a good wash but it’s not 24hrs it’s closed randomly on Sunday at 12:50pm. Why?

Bad experience and would not recommend. First it's a confusing layout that directs you through two levels of a parking garage to get to the entrance. Once there, the ticket machine did not work. The call button for an attendant did not work. I was stuck. Found a phone number to a reality company that owns the car wash. First call she said I have to call someone who "should be on site". After 5 mins on hold, was disconnected. I called again because there is not way to exit the wash or garage. She said she couldn't find the number and would have to call me back. I said at this point I'm trap so I blew the horn for 5 minutes until two men arrived. He said sorry the ticket machine wasn't working and I just needed to insert a credit card. After 3 attempts, he got it working. The water used to was was smelly like mold. On top of all this, there was no waste basket to empty trash from car. There was NO Vacuum.

The car wash itself is probably the best touchless one in the area... However, it's managed by a real estate company that clearly has better things to do than worry about $13 refunds. I called a total of four times after the car wash door failed to open. The first I spoke to a woman advised the wash was broken and had maintenance let me out of the garage. I called back requesting a refund and was told she would leave a message for the manager. Nobody called me for a few days, so I called again and reached their off-hours receptionist, who left another message. A week passed, so I called again. This time I spoke with a manager who said they would be mailing me a car wash code (didn't give me an option for a refund). Today has been 11 days since (nearly a month total) with nothing to show for it.

They have a horrible backup plan. After we paid and the machine told us to proceed, it failed to open the door to get a wash. We went back to the kiosk for assistance and it had us call the front desk, who was only able to put in a request to maintenance. The first time maintenance didn’t get back to us, so we called twice. At one point we decide to leave and put in a dispute with the bank later, but we couldn’t get out because we already used our parking stub for the car wash and the assistance button on the gate didn’t work. All-in-all, we’re trapped in this garage for nearly a half hour and went home with a dirty vehicle.

I'm stuck in here! The machine at my ticket to the parking garage. Wouldn't sell me a car wash. Been waiting 25 minutes for assistance.
